The Pines sits in award wining botanical gardens in central Auckland. The exclusive 1970's apartment complex, which includes a swimming pool and tennis court, was the first of its kind in Auckland.
The penthouse apartment has panoramic views over the Waitemata and Manukau Harbours from all rooms. The clients can enjoy the view while they relax in the space. From low swivel chairs, to the window seats, to a sofa bed in the study/guest room, all have been designed or selected by Nickola to optimise the harbour views.
The apartment has a contemporary 1970's vibe, a period which introduced the concept of "Open Plan Living". Velvet, Linen and leather upholstery, hand-blown glass tables with copper detailing and copper coloured limestone are all a playful homage to the period when the apartment was built.
